DSV is ****!!!!!!!!!!

This is so so bad.. I received a call last week faraday, to say they will deliver on Tuesday... and nothing... they phoned again and said it will be delivering on Friday... and still nothing.. i tried phoning... and no one can help one lady tried.. but then they cant help me!!!!! ABSA had a different courier and wow they where amazing!!!!!!! DSV is really ****ty!!!! i cant believe their service???
