DSV INCOMPETENCE KNOWS NO BOUNDS
DSV are the appointed delivery agents for CUM Books online purchases. Delivery is promised within 1 - 3 working days. This is , of course, a joke! I have tried calling their call centre multiple times, only to have to give up after 5 - 7 minutes of listening to a recorded message each time. Well, one way of avoiding complaints is not to answer the phone! They are USELESS and doing CUM Books' reputation irreparable harm. CUM Books - change your delivery agents. DSV - where is my CHRISTMAS order?
