DSV Incompetence

Dsv has to be the worst courier service ever I placed an order for a phone with Mtn 2 weeks ago My phones was to be delivered last week,they waited until last Thursday to inform me they don't work on long weekends and my parcel would be delivered today (Tuesday 19 April) this morning I receive a message from them saying the driver is on the way,low and behold the driver gives me a missed call,probably in the hopes that I would call back which I did over 20 times,only for him to not answer his phone,I called DSV multiple times as well and no one could assist me,I left messages on their facebook and twitter only to be told they will handle the matter.The day is almost over and no parcel has been delivered at all,such incompetence I have never ever seen in my life..I even contacted Mtn and I was told by them that they are waiting on response from the courier...so ****ed and disgusted at their service and the fact that they transfer calls to lines with either no answer or you having to explain the same **** story to every person on the line...I don't know how these guys run a business because they are clearly *********** as hell
