DSV Horrible Service

The most unreasonable, rude and non caring courier service out there. I sent medication to my mom from the port in Bloemfontein to Kroonstad, i was told the delivery takes 2 to 3 working days, it's the 4th day today and I'm told that there's no branch in Kroonstad, so it moved from Bloem to Joburg to Klerksdorp, and that because it's the weekend, it will only be delivered on Monday. I am. Disgusted. I don't understand how any of this is my business, worst, why wasn't I told that an oversight delivery will only be delivered after6 days? I WON'T EVER USE DSV AND I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO USE IT AS WELL. Rather go with Aramex, DHL, PEP, or the pot office for reliable deliveries!!!!!!! My mom might not be alive on the day the package arrives, but hey they don't give a wink about that
