DSV has failed me dismally

I have been waiting for my parcel from the 19th of January 2023 and today it’s the 27th and still have not received my parcel, what is worse is that it is a bank card and I have not gotten paid at work because of the delayed parcel. I have been rescheduling almost each and every day of the week and yesterday no call was received from the driver or the company to let me know what is going on. The other day I called their call centre and they told me the driver took a picture of my house and the agent described how it looks but and still my parcel was return back to their factory or office. This is really a serious problem as I’ve even delayed my payroll at work.
