DSV (for MTN) bad courier service
I have been trying to get a delivery from MTN via DSV courier Cape Town. I am in an outlying area therefor an appointment has to be made. They unfortunately did not honour the appointment date. They want to re-schedule a week on, but I know they will again not deliver looking at other peoples complaints. I have since cancelled my order, but what a mission to get it resolved with so many phonecalls later. Bad on MTN for using a courier service this bad. We get regular parcels from Takealot, Makro, Courier Guy etc in our area, and the dates are always on time and as promised. Only DSV service that is bad...in my experience. Such a pity.
