Dsv excuses

What pathetic service, firstly they did not deliver my parcel, reason being the company is closed, however it was to be delivered to one of their lockers. Upon phoning the excuse changed to, parcel to big for locker. Now the can’t deliver because they do not have a vehicle!!!!!!
