DSV enabling *****

Two cellphone contracts where taken out in my name **********ly with MTN.My ID number was used but incorrect name and address. The cellphones were delivered to the ********** and the DSV drivers handed the phones over to the ********* without verification of identity by scanning an Original ID.A **** ID copy was produced.I called DSV and was told by the lady who assisted she isnt sure what delivery procedures are.Dissapointed to see that there is no precaution taken to ensure deliveries land up in the correct hands.
