The worst experience ever!!! They organized with us to deliver a package the1st time on the 4th of December but never pitched their reason "they could not reach us telephonically" the 2nd time their reason was that no-one was available to receive the package - which is a lie as security is always on duty and we stayed home the whole day. Today we phoned them but now the package can not be delivered because it "exceeded the delivery attempts". We were willing to go and pick up the package but appearantly that can also not be done. We ask for a superviser to phone us but nobody attempted to phone us. I have never seen a company perform so bad in my live and still in business.
