DSV drivers driving on emergency lane.
Distribution vehicles driving emergency lane on R21 highway blocking emergency vehicles . When I contacted customer care line from web site to report that vehichle D950 reg. Number DF 44 FZ GP. Person manning phone just said they don't have bakkies there Alrode branch... was not interested to help.
