DSV driver with expired license knocked our car while standing at a 4 way stop

One of DSV drivers drove into our car a month ago. After lots of back and forth via emails and calls still no response. I have submitted quotes and now they want to decide for me where I should do my panel beating and spray job, which I refuse to. The funny part is when he knocked our car we were standing on a 4 way stop. Although the driver has admitted to being at fault, now he is refusing to pay the amount of the panel beating and spray job. The driver of the DSV vehicle, his license should have been renewed in Oct 2020 already. A Mr Nel who clearly has an attitude problem, every time I call he wants to raise his voice and be disrespectful. This is totally unfair and unacceptable. We were not even at fault but now we have to repair the damages. DSV please check your drivers are road worthy cos now it has become my problem to sort out!
