DSV Drive Jean Smith

Driver Jean Smith drives off with my parcel while I'm still on the line with his office to get proper information with regards to the documents I was supposed to bring... does explain anything to me, where my parcel will be rescheduled or what. Mind you I work at a Navy Base, I walked close to 1km to get to the gate with the sun at 32 degrees, for him to drive off on me without an explanation, I need to walk back another 1km in the 32 degrees sun empty handed.
