DSV doesn't care to help you

We dropped a parcel with DSV on the 27th of August, and at the rate nothing is being done with this parcel, I doubt it will arrive by 27 September. The most pathetic service we as a business have ever experienced from a courier provider. We have tracked, and traced, and called (only for our calls to be dropped and no calls being returned) and no one can tell us what is going on with this parcel. We will never use DSV again and highly discourage any business to use them either. They are unwilling to assist when we call. They never call back with feedback. And they are doing nothing about our parcel just laying in Cape Town for 10 days now - untouched and unattended to, despite multiple calls and efforts from our side. This has caused our business massive reputational damage. Do not use DSV. They are unreliable and too big to care about the individual parcel. And their customer service is severely lacking.
