DSV does what they want

If it was possible to give a minus star review, this would be it. Over the past few months I've ordered various items from service providers for my business, and these 'big companies' choose to use DSV which means I use DSV whether I want to or not. Not a single parcel has been on time. What is the point of a tracking system if you're just going to do whatever you like anyway? On the one occasion I could not wait for my parcel, I was told to collect it at the Depo at the airport (40min away from me). I went and spent 2 hours outside in a hot car with a crying set of twins (it was supposed to be a quick collection right?) and got placated with 'we can't find your parcel and will dispatch as soon as they do', which happened to be Monday. *** are you guys doing? As long as you get the big businesses you don't care about service delivery? You are just as bad as the post office. At least with them there are no expectations.
