DSV does not deliver

i have been waiting for my delivery for the past 3 days now with no call from dsv to advise what is happening with my delivery. 1st day I called to arrange for delivery as they captured my address incorrectly and update my number - was told it will be escalated and I should expect a call back. 2nd day still no callback, i called them again to arrange and was advised my shipment is paused with no explanation, confirmed my number and still it was incorrect nothing was changed and promised a callback. #rd day still no shipment, no callback.
