DSV does not deliver

On the 22/04/2021 informing me my package will be delivered in 1-6 days. 2 days later a lady calls me to confirm address as she will be delivering. She didnt arrive. I kept trying to call her and she assures me she will show up. Few days later she informs me she does not deliver in my area anymore and someone else has been assigned to deliver my package. 28/04/2021 a guy calls also confirming address and asks for directions tells me he is on his way. He doesnt show up. I call him and he tells me he will deliver the next day, I wait he doesnt arrive so I call him. Once again he tells me he will deliver the next day at 12:00 which is today 30/04/2021. 13:00 I call him he tells me he will arrive at 14:00. 15:10 I call him now he wont even answer my calls. I honestly dont know what to do anymore.
