DSV DISTRIBUTION

DSV distribution. BFN branch is far worse than the worst. They collected my credit card from Standard bank and until today I am still waiting for it. They claimed to have to called me on 02 September 2020 and I did not pick up or return their call. The reason for their call was to find out if i have not changed my mind with regards to the delivery address. Why would i do that, i am the one who chose the delivery address in the first place. They then decided to send it to DSV Mounties without my consent or consultation. Today around 11:05 they promised to send an email to Mounties and copy me in the email, I gave them my email address and now it is 11:57 no sign of email. DSV shame on you, you don't know meaning of or importance of courier services. sies maaaaa! Shame on you. MATLHO T. ***
