DSV Distribution Delivery Noise disturbance
SDV driver excessive honks on delivery of parcel at neighbour at 53 Donegal Avenue at approximately 10h00 this morning. Confronted driver regarding this and he says 53 Donegal Avenue does not have an intercom system. I suggested he calls them, he has a phone on his lap. Dogs barking, driver holds hooter for 5 seconds at a time. Excessive noise and disturbance in a suburb.
Car registration is FS91BM GP.
