DSV Distribution - Delivery Department - Bad Service

I have been waiting for my item from DSV for over two weeks now, they have spoken to a guy that said he is Bongani Diamon on the 7 June 2018 and he confirmed that my item is with them and he then said they can only delivered it Tuesday the 12 June 2018 which was a week after they have received the parcels, he confirmed my address and he also asked me to give him my home address which I did. I waited the 12 June came and passed and my parcels are not yet delivered and no communication from Bongani or DSV. I then contacted them and they told me that they need to arrange delivery, but I have done that with Bongani. When I ask to speak Bongani, they kept me holding to a point where I ran out of airtime. Very frustrated and confused at the same time thanx to Bongani and DSV delivery department.
