DSV Distribution Couriers ByBox - WORST EVER SERVICE & EXPERIENCE

Terrible Service to say the least. My package was dispatched in the ByBox on Friday the 1 st of December 2017, DSV only collected this parcel from the garage on Monday the 4th of December. I'm situated in Stilbaai, Western Cape which is 180km away from George airport and yet my parcel was sent via air freight to Cape Town which is 400 km away from me ??????????????? I have been contacting DSV since the 5th of December to track my parcel or explain where it is and when it will be delivered and all the Call Centre says is that the parcel was received in Cape Town, what does that help me if I'm situated 400 km away? In 3 days no one has contacted me regarding this matter or shown any customer service regarding this matter, Reference no: PAKED ********** 4 (Spoke to Sherozane & Ramond in the Buy Box Department). THIS IS PATETIC SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST

For a first hand client trying out DSV's Courier Services I must say you have done more than your share for me to never make use of you services EVER again.
