DSV Distribution - Bad service

Never use DSV. Lost my parcel. After many calls to the helpdesk - parcel is just gone. Never gets back to me. Their financial statements is in a mess. Charged R440 for a envelope between Cape Town and Upington. The quote was R110 and when the bill came, I was quoted R440. Send the same parcel twice. Was charged R600 for the one and R4000 for the other. Same weight and distance??? Never follows up on disputes. Never gets back to you when you query lost parcels or parcel jut not collected after logging it 3 to 4 times.
