DSV Distribution at its worst, again!
It became almost impossible to rely on DSV for parcel delivery.
So, the client asked if her parcel will be delivered on Friday. It's now only Tuesday, and I'm sending from Centurion to Krugersdorp , about 70km. Well, the obviously answer is YES .
DSV even retrieved the parcel the same day, Tuesday, everything looked good and set for Thursday. Well, NO..
Thursday came, parcel not delivered. Reason [Failure Reason : Insufficient Time]
So, I thought. It was probably a busy day, but they will deliver Friday. I've even sent a mail on Thursday reminding them of the urgency of the parcel.
Well, Friday came. Guess what, parcel still not delivered. [Failure Reason : Insufficient Time]
Pathetic service! Postnet says 2-3 days and they will actually deliver in set time frame.
