DSV - DISGUSTING SERVICE !!!!

I am beyond disgusted at DSV service!!!! I've been trying to track my parcel and I've spent countless hours calling the call center trying to resolve my "missing parcel issue" I've spoken to numerous consultants and none of them have bothered to call me back after they have promised me that they would. I was told that an enquiry and investigation is in progress and then when I called back for feedback due to no call backs I was told that it wasn't even opened up. Thank you very much for the shocking service. I wouldn't recommend this company even if they were the last courier service left on earth.
