DSV delivery super ***********

DSV parcel delivery is one of *********** and unprofessional companies. MTN or other companies which use its service should review its contract with them. They have failed numerous times to deliver my mtn router. From the 12 February 2024 up until today I have not received my parcel. The driver never called, the scanner is either broke or faulty, the parcel is either in the warehouse or put on the wrong route. Once they fail to deliver, they will call after 2 days to apologies n set up a new delivery date. You wait again n the driver does not show up again and you repeat this draining n frustration process.

Please MTN review the service agreement, DSV is really underperforming and with poor business service
