DSV - Delivery Service WITHOUT Value

Not even worth one star!! this is the worst courier company you can deal with! We have been waiting 3 weeks for a cellphone to be delivered. The phone is couriered back and forth between the Northern Cape (Springbok) and Pretoria Branches. First (promise of delivery on the 9th of July 2025) the device was allocated to the incorrect depot; it then had to be transferred to the correct depot. Then we receive a promise of delivery on the 17th of July 2025. On the 16th of July 2025 we are informed that the package now has to be sent back to Pretoria because it was not loaded onto a handheld fingerprint scanner and cannot be delivered. Their Kimberley branch services Gauteng and their Gauteng branch services the Northen Cape Branch - how stupid!!!! Do you not know anything about logistics??? I have a feeling the device is being passed from depot to depot in the hopes that it would get "lost"..
