Dsv Delivery man disgrace.

I recieved an sms to say I will get my package today before 17h00 when I called it was said that the courier did not get me and was trying to call but I did not pick up my phone , I never received a call from any courier person not even a missed call and I'm from 8 Till 5 at my work place, how can the courier say he could not reach me. That is just plain lying. He never reached my delivery address now he is looking for excuses to why my package is not delivered. He did not even look for me at my work place. I ask the security that is 24/7at the door if he saw any courier guy he and he say there was no one. This is a disgrace of a company that employ people like this that lie to there client.
