Dsv delivery

I ordered a bank card from Discovery bank. Dsv said they tried to contact me, but I teceived no phone calls. They've send me an email, which I rep**** to with an alternative number on the 29th of November. A week later they've notified me via sms that my card will be delivered. Up to now Dsv didn't deliver my card. Dsv according to Discovery bank will deliver my card in 5 to 7 days. Dsv must be the worst delivery service in the world. Their service is pathetic.
