DSV delivering MTN parcels.
I'm waiting for a parcel from MTN to be delivered. Today they call me and then line dropped so I called back. And spoke to a lady regarding my delivery. After checking and saying the parcel is in there warehouse she checks for delivery and says that the first available time is 29 July 2024, sorry but that is unacceptable in my opinion that's like 17 days from now. Why does MTN use DSV as a delivery option then if they cannot deliver on time. 3 days yes I will understand that but 17 days NO NO NO. If people get to know this maybe then MTN can decide to change there delivery option to a company more reliable.

But I just saw DSV delivering in Brits. That is why I will stick to my review until proved otherwise as the service they provide is pathetic. If she told me delivery will be next week Tuesday or Wednesday then yes I would understand. But to get any response won't happen as they don't care about customers. It will be easier to try and cancel my order and redo it at a branch.
