DSV Customer dis-service

Arguably the worst customer service I have experienced, right up there with bureaucracy. Start a new system local booking system with no back up should it fail or not perform. Staff (once they answer the phone} who are not unhelpful but just don't know how to assist. Cost me a an extra grand to have goods collected and delivered by another courier company who could assist. On their customer portal they didn't even include Western Province as a selection for home province. Now I live in Cape Town, Other. Once I saw that my confidence level bottomed out.
