DSV - CREDIT CARD SAFT IS NOT THEIR PRIORTY

Beware of this company, if they are delivering your credit card. To the best of my knowledge and experience on receiving my own, the person whom the card is for is to sign for it and show their ID.

Well this company allows anyone to sign for your card. No proof of ID is needed.

When I tried to call and complain it took me over 45mintues before I gave up. 60 minutes later they call you back and then you hold on again for over 20 minutes. Why bother call one back, if there is no one to take the call. I ask with tears in my eyes.

The service in this is appalling.

What I do know, that when I need to send anything either personal or professional I will not be using this company.

Best of luck - now to report them to the bank.

Thank you for your response - but do not bother contacting me as this will not resolve anything, looking at other comments with regards to this company. The card was not for me but for someone else and when I enquired with the drive who it was for, I was informed, and then he proceeded to ask me to sign for it. I told him I did not have my ID nor the authority. I had explained to him how his job should be done then he told me I could not sign if I did not have my ID (confused much?). The person the card belongs to did not have to show ID either, how would the drive know if I showed him the correct person? My gripe is that the security is non-existent. Just sit an think about the repercussions not only for the person who it belongs to, what about the supplier that will loose money due to *****/theft???????
