Dsv couriers worthless and pathetic.

I have important papers from Standard bank that have been sitting at Dsv couriers from the 19th of September. Today is the 3 time I have called Standard bank, to inquire why is my papers still not deliver. Every time they transfer me to dsv. Every time I need to explain my problem and give my delivery adress to dsv. Today the person at dsv told me they can't reach me by my phone number. I told him Standbank called you Wednesday (25 Sept) and transfer me to you. The same happend on the 19 of September when Standard bank confirmed the papers was at Dsv couriers. I was connected to Dsv and provided my delivery adress.
