DSV Couriers very disappointed

DSV is the pits. They came to deliver my MTN phone contract and told me that they're biometrics machine was broken. The guy who came to deliver was very rude as no appointment was made and I had to rush from a meeting to go meet with him at my registered address. He was impatient and when I arrived we were standing outside my yard for everyone to see what was being delivered. Unfortunately that was not the case as the driver left withy parcel. A week later, I received a call from another driver who then asked for my directions and said he was at Golden Highway, I was taken aback because I didn't know how to direct him. Only for him to say I was registered as someone who stays in Orange farm. This was just stupid. He said he will redirect my order. It's been over 4 weeks and there hasn't been any contact from them. I haven't received my phone till date.
