DSV COURIERS - USELESS!!!!! IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT

DSV is the most useless courier service that I have ever came across. I do not understand why such an Executive Class Bank like Nedbank can make use of these useless company. DSV called me on Tuesday to confirm my address (which they have) and my cellphone no (which they called me on) and have committed to deliver my ATM bank cards within two to three working days. On the third working day, they called to confirm the same **** and told me delivery will be next Monday. After refusing to accept, the delivery is now tomorrow. I will be without ATM cards for week (almost two weeks taking the ordering process into account) notwithstanding the fact that I can not go anywhere, I have to stay at home ALL DAY, EVERY DAY! What does these people take us for? Ornaments and not customers. I am disgusted with what they think is customer service and yet they get paid by Nedbank and most certainly have a multi year contract. Nedbank, you should review URGENTLY!
