DSV couriers - too dreadful.

DSV couriers is so exasperating to deal with. I cannot understand why the banks insist on using them. The C... Guy is so far a head, as to be incomparable. Most calls from DSV , are inaudible and incomprehensible. Mumbling away through a mandatory list of "this call is recorded for.. " and it would be fine it they were quick and the person calling could speak proper english. DSV obviously do not listen to the recordings. Their delivery is eratic. They are the pits!
