DSV couriers terrible terrible terrible
Ordered cat food from makro on 3/9/23, DSV collected on 4/9/23 but I have not received my order yet. Have escalated to polokwane who directed us to Rustenburg and still no order. I will never order from makro again unless they change their courier

21 Sept 2023, 15:08Thank you for your platitudes and apology but they won’t feed my cats. I have informed makro that I will no longer order anything from them whilst DSV is their courier service (service is a misnomer here unfortunately). Due to the absolutely shocking service I have had to travel 103km to Thabazimbi to get cat food and 103km home, the fuel alone cost me R350.00 which is why I buy online. I will order from takealot in future because they deliver promptly despite a slightly higher price for the food. DSV should be ashamed of their service or should I say absolute lack of service
