DSV couriers South Africa
I sent a package with DSV couriers 9 days ago today. Which they say state packages will be delivered in 3-5 days. First they let my package sit in the wrong province for a couple of days I keep calling customer care they tell you someone will help nobody does! Then they tell you they will call u back nobody does! Now my package has been delivered but to the wrong person they let the wrong person sign for it! And now my package is gone! Guys don’t use these people they take your lively hood and don’t care! Worst courier service! They pathetic and *********** and clearly CAN NOT READ!
