DSV Couriers poor service
Parcel send from Macro to DSV the 9th of Jan 2020... the deliver time is 1-3 days. After a week I did enquire where my parcel is... just to hear it went missing in their warehouse.... after many phone calls still noooo answer. I called Steven who is manager at Bloemfontein and told him everything... he also made promises to call back, but nothing... No I have to be penalised for DSV's lack of business...
