DSV Couriers please confirm

DSV why can one not track you even when one has a tracking number. Your link just says that number does not exist. HOWEVER when i called Pharmacy Direct they confirmed the tracking number that they sent on Wednesday already. Today is Friday @13:45. But according to DSV the number does not exist....
