DSV couriers pathetic customer service
My upgrade device was approved a week ago and I was informed that uti dsv couriers will contact they never did. I was given their contact by mtn to alternatively contact. No one answers the phone I wanted for almost 30 minutes but still no one answers. MTN must consider choosing other couriers uti dsv very useless don't really care about customers
