DSV Couriers not taking delivery seriously

so I have a huge complaint about MTN South Africa and DSV - Global Transport and Logistics I have to say that DSV - Global Transport and Logistics has hands down won the award for being the worst courier company; of all time award and the reason that they have won this award is for their continued useless service. Thinking that DSV - Global Transport and Logistics was some Micky Mouse service owned by some hopeful entrepreneur out of his garage, I was amazed to see that it is in fact an international company. I have begged and pleaded with them for delivery of my much awaited parcel from MTN South Africa and once again I am let down because firstly they only deliver to my work address between 14h00 and 16h00 and to my home address between 10h00 and 12h00; with no option of delivery during the weekend. Secondly they send the drivers out with faulty machines. Thirdly they WILL NOT allow me collect the parcel even though they are not that far away from my home address; this begs they question what are they hiding. I am so angry right now. If I owed this company right now and I was aware of the shody service being provide I would be ashamed. My request is that someone who actually cares about customer service gets hold of MTN and makes a proper plan to get this shipment delivered. Totally fed up customer
