DSV couriers not able to notify you when they are at the gate

At first I was so impressed with their professional service, I could not believe my luck. And the fact that you could trace the parcel on your computer was such a nice touch. The problem is that they deliver the package to the wrong address or they come in load shedding when the button to my complex does not work.

I have had a lot of packages delivered, and they always call me when they are at the gate. Why is it not possible for the DSV courier to phone me? I think their service is deplorable.
