DSV couriers. No ways.

DSV collected a parcel in Cape Town on 23 December 2019. It arrived at their Johannesburg depot on 27 December 2019 and has not moved since. Enquiries to their call centre are referred to their operations who do not respond. The enquiry is then sent to their investigations department with a turnaround time of 5 working days. Management need to get as grip on what is happening. Amazing that I can buy online in China and have it shipped using Buffalo Logistics and receive the item customs cleared in 7 to 10 calendar days. DSV you should be ashamed and embarrassed.

DSV responded with a telephone call to confirm the parcel was out for delivery and a further call the next day to confirm I had received the parcel. Much appreciatted. However I have another parcel collected from the supplier in Cape Town on 3 January which is still sitting in Cape Town three working days later.

After sitting in Cape Town for a few days the parcel arrived in Johannesburg late last night and was delivered at 9 am this morning. Now that is the type of service I enjoy. Hopefully the trials of the last few weeks are now over. Thank you to Colin at DSV for his concern and telephone calls.
