DSV Couriers - never again!

Package (PAK5D***3) dropped at Engen Humansdorp on 14 Feb. Today, 27 Feb, the packing is STILL not delivered. I've spoken to Mike at the PE call centre - no response. Mary - via your website when I lodged a complaint, because after a week, the package was not collected. She only responds to my emails - never gets back to me on her own or follows up as to where my package is. Barbara at claims - no response. DSV does not care. Can someone please contact me in this regard?
