DSV Couriers & FNB ?

I am very disappointed in DSV Couriers. My FNB card expired beginning of February. DSV phoned me to get an address for delivery; I specifically said to deliver it to Laerskool Constantiapark in Duvernoy street in Constantiapark in PRETORIA. The courier even repeated it back to me. They assured me it will be delivered on Tuesday (that was a week ago). Tuesday came and went; still nothing. A day or two later they phoned telling me my card is in Constantia in CAPE TOWN!! It is a week later and I haven’t heard back from DSV Couriers or FNB about the whereabouts of my card. When I phoned FNB I was told they didn’t have authority to see where my card is and put me through to DSV Couriers where I was on hold for more than 20 minutes. I still have no clue where my card is or when it will arrive. This is very inconvenient!!!!
