DSV Couriers East Lond are Useless.

DSV Couriers East London are beyond useless!!! they have had my parcel since the 20th May and still not delivered it. They have attempted to call me once on 3 June which I could not answer immediately. You cannot call back you need to speak to the call center which I did just to speak to a person who informed me that my ID nr does not match my date of birth that she has on the system ??? so she cannot help me. Bear in mind I did not give her this information I just confirmed it when I asked to verify who I am for "security purposes". I have yet to receive my parcel or any communication from DVS East London.
