Dsv Couriers delivery department sucks

I have been waiting for dsv couriers to deliver two my MTN devices. The keep phoning my husband to arrange for delivery and insist on speaking to me. My husband has given them my number numerous times and I have even called their offices to advise them that both my number and my husband's number are registered to me but that they need to contact me on mine. Nothing happens. The same woman phoned my husband again today and he told her to please call me which she again did not. I cannot understand what the issue is.
