DSV couriers BAD WORST couriers in South Africa!!
NO TO DSV COURIERS! BAD/ ZERO service- zero customer care.
DSV couriers have not sent me a message or an email when they couldnt get hold of me. My documents was dispatched on 30 Aug to DSV couriers. It is 20 September and still ZERO calls received zero correspondence Zero effort. I have been calling DSV EVERY day since dispatched- everytime its a 30 min call- then I get cut off and AGAIN no one calls me back or follow up. DSV has poor staff and zero service. The documents I am awaiting is of extreme importance. And I have been waiting 20 days .
Absolutely unacceptable!!!
