DSV couriers and not fulfilling their word is just appaling!!!!

The service I have received from DSV is just appalling. 1st it was apology after apology but still promises were not fulfilled. I dropped of a parcel at their locker on Friday 30July, it was only picked up on the 4th August after i brought it to their attention, 1 week later the Parcel STILL hasnt been delivered. If this is the kind of customer service I get, I’d much rather take my business elsewhere, I cant afford to lose my clients, not like this!!!
