DSV couriers

The driver was very rude, he called me on Saturday morning stating that he has my parcel from university which are my study materials. The guy never came to deliver instead he calls me the following day threatening to return my study material unless if I make arrangements to come collect them at his neighborhood since well i am also a "kasi" girl. What an appalling service to think i am falling behind on my studies because of someone who doesn't take his job seriously.
