DSV COURIERS

I ordered router from MTN supposed to be delivered on the 13th December when I track it they said they could not find me , they never called nor sent message, then arrangement was done for the 23r December , I waited at work till 17h00 as I got the message around 15h00 that the driver will contact me my parcel is on the way , it never happened , the 24th December I called DSV company , they just said they will come back to me as they said the driver had unforseen circumstance, am still waiting for their call even today what hurts I paid for that data in full that I never used the whole 2 weeks that was charged , MTN PLEASE LOOK FOR ANOTHER COURIER , even with my sister s phone it was the sam story they never deliver, what an extremely poor service
